1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
6. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, your order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
