Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States only.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods (holidays, etc.).

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ivor2590@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Important Notes

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
